Brent is a results-focused business and government contracts management expert with successful international procurement, contracts/subcontracts and supply chain management experience in 14+ countries during both contingency and steady-state operations.
Brent's diverse and unique experience in DoD, the federal government and complex international projects ensure advanced comprehension of Government and commercial contract management laws, U.S. Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR/DFAR) and related regulations in both DoD and prime contractor settings.
He has also been involved in numerous high-complexity and high-value internationally critical Base Operations, Facilities Management, Construction and Logistics-related defense and commercial projects and specializes in challenging international environments, multi-cultural workforces, and standing up new projects/contracts under the most demanding conditions. His experience includes work on multi-site major wartime and contingency support contracts in the Middle East, Caribbean, South America, and Europe.

Additionally, Brent's experience with key U.S. Export Control (ITAR) real-world training and experience with international import and export of defense and munitions-list equipment to the Alliance.
